The Magnolia Package

$4,000 (3 day weekend)

Church/Barn/Restrooms from 7:00am to 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday for clean-up.

  • One (1) Wildwood staff member on site during wedding and reception
  • Use of tables and chairs (up to 500 chairs and 63 tables) The tables and chairs are only to be used in the barn or outside on the concrete surfaces
  • The customer is responsible for the setting up and breaking down of the tables and chairs and sweeping (large brooms are provided)
  • Access to property for bridal portraits (preferably not on Sundays)

The Gardenia Package

$1,500 per day

Church/Barn/Restrooms for a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday

  • One (1) Wildwood staff member on site during wedding and reception
  • Use of tables and chairs (up to 500 chairs and 63 tables) The tables and chairs are only to be used in the barn or outside on the concrete surfaces
  • The customer is responsible for the setting up and breaking down of the tables and chairs and sweeping (large brooms are provided)
  • Access to property for bridal portraits (preferably not on Sundays)

Barn/Restrooms for a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
$1,000.00 per day

  • Use of tables and chairs (up to 500 chairs and 63 tables) The tables and chairs are only to be used in the barn or outside on the concrete surfaces

  • Access to property for bridal portraits (preferably not on Sundays)

Additional Pricing

    • Wildwood will set up/break down seating on lawn in front of church (each bench seats 6 to 7 people)-$21.00 per bench
    • Wildwood can set up/break down tables and chairs and sweep- $500.00
      (Remember you are still responsible for bagging all trash and placing it in the dumpsters provided)
    • Wildwood can clean up all décor, remove tablecloths, chair covers, sashes, etc, setup/breakdown tables and chairs and sweep – $1000.00
      ALL ITEMS LEFT BEHIND WILL BE BAGGED AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP BETWEEN 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM THE TUESDAY AFTER THE EVENT. (We will not be responsible for any missing items). ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF WILDWOOD AS OF TUESDAY AT 12:00PM. (Remember you are still responsible for bagging all trash and placing it in the dumpsters provided)
    • We recommend renting our shuttle wagons which will be available 1.5 hrs prior to wedding until 10:30pm night of wedding – $500.00 (for 2 shuttle wagons). We recommend using the shuttles for events with 100 guests or more
    • Wildwood has a sound system in the church that only our employees are allowed to operate. Wildwood will provide a sound system operator for up to 2.5 hrs for your rehearsal and up to 3.5 hrs for your wedding. – $300.00
    • For large weddings, Wildwood recommends that you have friends or family members help to direct traffic and control parking. You will need (1) direct handicap parking, (1) in the parking area behind the barn, (1) at the drop-off location, (2) in the back parking area. If you would rather Wildwood provided this service, it will be $850.00.
    • If you are interested in fireworks we have a send-off display of colorful bursts and sparklers provided for your guests – $500.00. We can coordinate with the photographer to have the burst explode overhead as the couple kisses or waves goodbye to their guests.
